Outwork Indy is a coworking, office, event, and retail space located in the Broad Ripple Indianapolis, right off of the Monon Trail.
We have diverse workspace options that range from different types of leasable offices to bookable call, meeting, and boardrooms to open workspaces within our beautiful event space. Outwork Indy offers the perfect blend of surrounding yourself with the energy of others for your focus time and also being able to isolate, head down and knock out your important to-do’s.
Outwork Indy will be home to 60+ businesses in the near future that range across industries. From animators to architects to brand designers to healthcare to consultants and management companies, each member will benefit from the wide range of industry experts that call Outwork Indy their work home. Outwork Indy and its historic charm lend itself well to be a place of beauty and inspiration for both the remote worker, small business owner, and growing team.
Outwork Indy is open 24/7 for our members, where they are able to come and go as they please. Outwork Indy staff will be onsite between 8:00am to 5:00pm for tours and onsite support.
Outwork Indy is powered by the management company Prevenient. Prevenient serves multiple office, coworking, and event spaces across Indianapolis. Being a tenant or member of a facility under the Prevenient banner allows Outwork Indy members to have access to multiple facilities across the city at free or reduced rates. This also extends to booking rooms or event spaces.
For members, pets are welcome! That is so long as they are friendly towards people and other pets. We ask that no owner leave their pet in their office alone. It is common for pets to bark and create a disruption when separated from their owner, without their owner realizing the issue caused post leaving. Also, owners are expected to clean up any messes related to their pet and to keep their pet off of any shared space furniture.
Yes! We have our own parking lot adjacent to the building, located on 10 N Jefferson Ave. Additionally, we have permission to park in the very large lot directly south of Washington St and there is a good amount of street parking available up Hamilton Ave.
Industry specific luncheons, community based speaker series, events to spotlight our own members, and Near Eastside of Indianapolis focused initiatives and gatherings. We also partner with various external organizations to bring free networking and training events to our members throughout the year.
Absolutely! Between Monday and Friday, if a member needs to use our large conference space for an event related to their business, they can use the space for FREE. If they need the space for a private event, we reduce the price to our lowest possible charge for that date. Call, meeting, and boardroom bookings are always free for members, as well as use of our podcast equipment.
Coworking is when multiple companies and individuals share a work environment’s space and amenities. Coworking is becoming more and more popular because it allows smaller companies and individuals to have access to premier facilities and amenities at an affordable rate due to the shareability and scale of the space. For those that are small business owners, solo entrepreneurs, remote workers, or interested in being part of a broader community, coworking provides a setting where you can grow your social and professional network while having an effectively conditioned space to get your day-to-day work accomplished.

Nope! Never! Everything is included or any upgrades are clearly spelled out from the front end. We keep it simple so you can truly feel at home in our space.
We leverage an app that allows you to make bookings for any day or time, whenever you need the spaces. There are no limits to how often or how long you can book a space. You need it? Then book it!
Of course! That is a very common occurrence for our members. We work really hard to be accommodating for members to encourage and reward their growth from membership to a physical office.
You are allowed to have professional and personal guests. Please be aware of when your guests are arriving and meet them by our entrance to escort them to where you are meeting with them. We do asks that any and all guests follow our guidelines for using the facility and trust you to ensure they are respectful of the space!
Under the Prevenient umbrella of coworking, office, and event spaces, Outwork Indy members will have access to other locations throughout the city of Indianapolis. This access will be coordinated through and by Prevenient staff.
We always have referral promotions going on for members and friends of our community! Check in with Outwork Indy staff on what the exact promotions are for that season and earn some extra cash for yourself by adding to our awesome community!

Of course! That is a very common occurrence for our members. We work really hard to be accommodating for members to encourage and reward their growth from one office size to another. In the event that a member needs to “downgrade” offices or to a coworking membership, we will work with that member to help back fill their space in relation to our lead pipeline to help get them out of their lease sooner than they are contractually obligated.
Yes! All offices have dedicated ethernet ports that are ran to our high end IT infrastructure. We contract our IT support to an amazing 3rd party company that is available when needed to any of our members.
We do not provide any furnishings to our office spaces. However, if we have any extra furniture around, members always get first dibs on it!
Absolutely! That is one of the biggest perks of an office space with us. You are getting far more than just the square footage of your office for the same price (or even more affordable) than at other locations that only give you an office.
We rent out our various meeting rooms, boardroom, conference room, 3rd floor event space, and our 1st floor coffee shop as an event space.
Of course! We host countless private parties and events every year. We pride ourselves on our space being aesthetically memorable, as well as customizable for any type of event.
Yes! Our space is built to host multiple teams and gatherings at a time, and it is diverse enough with our meeting rooms, boardroom, and conference space to meet the needs of any corporate event or gathering between 1 to 100 people.
Nope! Bring what fits your budget and needs. We are also happy to make local and in-house recommendations.
We request a refundable cleaning deposit before hosting your event. This is just to ensure that you reset the room or space per our procedure document shared with you in advance of your event. By going this route, we are able to keep our event very affordable.
We request 50% of the total event costs upfront, as well as a signed Event Agreement. Both of which we provide via email to you when you confirm you would like to move forward with booking our space. The second 50% payment is due at least 1-month before your event.
We request a minimum of a 60-day notice before your event date to receive a full refund.
